Separation between organizations
Each organization's clients, vineyards, visits, reports and files are isolated at the database level and are not visible to other organizations.
Role-based permissions
Members are Author, Collaborator or Reader, and access to each client can be granted explicitly within the organization.
Your history is not deleted when a subscription ends
If a trial expires or a subscription ends, the workspace becomes read-only: existing clients, visits, reports, photos and documents remain readable and downloadable, while new work is paused until the subscription is active again.

Subscriptions and payment details are processed by Stripe. Card details are never stored by FILARE.

- How does the 30-day free trial work?
- You choose a plan and start a 30-day trial with full access. The trial is granted once per account; cancelling and subscribing again later does not start a new trial.
- Do I need a payment method for the trial?
- Yes. A valid payment method is required through Stripe Checkout to start the trial, but nothing is charged during the 30 days.
- When will I be charged?
- The first charge happens at the end of the 30-day trial period, for the plan and billing interval you selected, unless you cancel before then.
- Can I cancel during the trial?
- Yes, at any time from the customer portal. You keep access until the original trial end date and no charge is made.
- What happens to my information if my subscription ends?
- Your workspace switches to read-only. Clients, vineyards, blocks, past visits, reports, photos and documents stay readable and downloadable; creating new visits, recording notes, uploading files and running AI processing are paused until you reactivate a plan.
- Does FILARE replace professional technical judgment?
- No. AI helps capture, organize, summarize and retrieve information. Technical interpretation and final decisions remain with the professional.
- Which languages are supported?
- English, Italian, Spanish, French and German, for the interface, the working language, voice recording and reports.
